So Adesua Etomi married her boyfriend Banky W yesterday in what can only be described as a fairy-tale wedding. The shared laughs, the silent hugs, the body caresses – all a sight to behold, but what was even more captivating were the bride’s outfits.
For her first look, Adesua was adorned in a full Edo bridal outfit. Slightly modified to accommodate growing fashion trends, she looked regal in her orange crown and fully beaded tube dress.
Her second outfit was another tube dress quite different from her first attire. The detailing on the front of the dress made her appear fuller around her bust area and while she shimmered and shun, the tail of her dress was too long, we didn’t get even a glimpse of her shoes.
Black was the colour Adesua chose for her third look and while it is an odd colour for a happy day, the blend of her skin tone against the subtleness of her colour of choice worked like magic. With this outfit, her bedazzled pair of pumps were quite visible as she paid tribute to the Angelina Jolie pose while rocking her new title – Mrs.
The saying “save the best for last” must have been specifically crafted for Adesua’s final look of the day as she brightened up the room with the sparkles from her dress. The applique on this outfit were exceptionally positioned catching the light with every move she made. Even though the outfit was black (again) it didn’t take away from the glorious look it gave her as she danced the night away with her king.
All in all, the fashion for her wedding was stunning and extremely detailed. The best part is they were all made in Nigeria. Good job TojuFoyeh.
